Profile MICRO - ALU is made of high-quality aluminum (for the relevant version is also available double anodized - well protected against corrosion and mechanical damage, as well as the version painted black RAL 9005 and white RAL 9010). Profile to tape or strips, the width of which does not exceed 10,8mm including the LED light sources.

Profile usually is applied to the LED lighting strips of soft, for all kinds of lighting and illumination for indoor use (interior design, furniture, stairs, exhibitions, stage design, advertising), lighting elements exterior architecture.

Fixing profile MICRO - ALU is very simple and it takes place using double-sided tape or moutning bracket, which ensures easy and reliable mounting on the surface are not necessarily perfectly flat.

If you need to install profile plates cardboard - gypsum should be used for this special spring surface PDS, but if the assembly is to be held in the ceiling type Armstrong with springs PDS is recommended that supplementary use special lock washers. Depending on your preferences and needs, there is a possibility to make the luminaire which is characterized by high tightness and resistance to penetration of solids, dust and water (IP 67).

Profile are dedicated standard or conduction polypropylene caps and the brackets for which are made of galvanized steel or chrome-plated steel. It is recommended to use these caps to avoid the entry of dust and other undesirable elements that could cause contamination LED strip, which later would result in a deterioration of its light parameters.
