The PDS-ZM profile is used mainly in interiors, for example for lighting cabinets, sites or stairs. Due to the increased possibilities of building luminaries, suspended, polygonal and broken lines, it is an interesting option to diversify rooms.
The profile is characterized by smooth surfaces that do not have heat sinks. From the top, the product has been equipped with a small lock, allowing it to be combined into extended luminaires.
The whole is made of high-grade aluminum. The light source in the PDS-ZM profile is one LED strip with the largest width of 10.8 mm. If we place the LED densely and use a milk shield type HS (minimum 140LED / m) or LIGER (minimum 120LED / m) we will achieve a uniform line of light.
The profile allows to create a luminaire with increased tightness, characterized by IP 67 protection class, ensuring protection against penetration of solids, dust and water.
In the case of a luminaire with a higher degree of tightness in a strong sunlight, we must remember to install a twilight switch that will switch off the luminaires during the day, when their light would be invisible anyway. This switch prevents overheating and destruction of the LED diode.
Mounting method:
We connect individual sections with hangers, adapted to the small lock. The profile can also be mounted on the surface, for drywall using GP springs.
