The extrusion is mounted on the edge of the recess. Once sealed, it forms a thin aesthetic edge. Vertical and horizontal mounting of the lighting fixture are possible.
NISA-NI is a set of two profiles designed for recess illumination purposes. It consists of TENI mounting strip and ONISA extrusion recessed in it. The complete set enables the parallel or perpendicular direction of light to the wall (ONISA extrusion can be parallely or perpendicularly recessed in the strip). TENI strip is step-shaped, which makes possible drywall edge mounting. The lower edge of TENI strip is an extension of the recess, and once sealed, forms a thin aesthetic edge.
ONISA extrusion holds a single 10.8 mm max. wide LED. TENI strip is equipped with a vertical wall granting an additional option of the vertical mounting of ONISA.
Mounting:
TENI mounting strip is fixed to drywall using mounting screws.
NOTE! Prior to mounting, the strip must be pre-drilled to avoid unwanted deflection. The manual provides all details of mounting methods and direction of screw mounting. Once mounted, seal the lower edge of the strip. Rigid mounting of ONISA extrusion can be performed with a silicone cord (included in the set).
